Driving on US-101 SOUTH, exit at COOPER POINT RD./CROSBY BLVD. Turn left at the intersection light, crossing over the highway. At the next intersection light, continue straight ahead on Cooper Point Rd. Turn RIGHT onto CATON WAY SW. Turn LEFT at the next street (THERE IS NO STREET SIGN). Turn right into the driveway of Percival Creek Professional Plaza.

From BLACK LAKE BLVD. S.W.

Turn southeast on to Cooper Point Rd S.W. At next intersection light, turn left onto Carriage. Turn right at next street. Turn left into the driveway of Percival Creek Professional Plaza.
